Our Julienne Red Peeler features dual stainless steel blades, incorporating a single edged serrated blade for grip and depth, as well as a finned separator, allowing one way cuts both vertically and horizontally. This gripping effect makes the peeler safe and easy to use, requiring minimal pressure and grip for perfect clean cut julienne.

All three peelers incorporate a melon ball scoop on the side of the handle and is a registered design. The new handle is smoother to hold, flexible yet very strong and dishwasher safe. The ‘U’ shaped handle also allows a comfortable wide grip suitable for left and right handed people.
